Athletics

Welcome to Brewster Academy Athletics! Brewster’s athletics program seeks to develop teamwork, character, sports skills and tactics, and fitness. Sportsmanship and personal growth and development are emphasized throughout the program. While recreational and instructional sports activities are available for all students, our interscholastic athletics see the most student participation. We field coed, junior varsity, and varsity teams (and additional teams as interest warrants), as well as eight- and four-person shells on our crew teams in inter-school rivalries in the competitive Lakes Region. The Brewster Bobcats are highly competitive in their League and in New England Championships in a variety of sports including field hockey, soccer, basketball, ice hockey, lacrosse and tennis. The boys' basketball team is also competitive at the national level, having won the 2010 and 2012 National Prep School Championships!
